Cancellation Policy
Please read the following information prior to placing your deposit. Once your deposit is placed, that is you agreeing to our policies. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel due to weather conditions or mechanical issues. You can move your deposit to another date for a future booking if you would like to. We understand that things come up, but if you cancel your charter within 10 days of your booked date you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for the cost of the entire trip. If you cancel prior to the 10 days, you will have 1 year from the date of your original booking to reschedule. All balances are due 24 hours prior to the charter unless you are paying cash. You can pay by cash or check to avoid the 4% processing fee except for deposits they must be paid via card. Captain Chad Pique will call you the evening prior to your trip to discuss place and time for departure the morning of your trip. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your reservations 2-3 days prior to your charter. We appreciate your business!
